Brief:

Design and construct a 14.4m x 3.3m Male/Female Ablution with disabled access.

Variation one – Full length veranda with disabled ramp finished with sustainable decking.

Challenges:

The timeframe in which our client required this building was tight, potential delays in manufacturing could have directly impacted the opening of the new facilities on site. Our normal industry trades were not available within the required timeframe to support this construction. Delays in accessing site due to weather conditions and road closures.

Solutions:

Successfully overcoming the project challenges relied heavily on excellent communication and coordination among all stakeholders. Our strategy involved engaging new local trades and suppliers with whom we have cultivated strong long lasting relationships, expanding our contractor base and resources. This approach guaranteed a positive outcome for everyone involved in this project and an opportunity for us to expand our partnerships with local trades and suppliers.
