Brief:

Transportable Solutions was engaged to design and manufacture a large customised multi purpose facility consisting of 10 modular units.

Scope of work:

  • Detailed design, including all structural, mechanical hydraulic and electrical components.
  • Manufacture buildings including all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and FF&E.
  • Detailed coordination with stakeholders.
  • Storage of buildings ready for mobilisation.
  • Secure buildings to ensure safe and prepare for transportation.
  • Onsite works to finalise the manufacturing process.


Challenges:

Working with strict design guidelines to ensure we met our client objectives and requirements. Through strong stakeholder engagement, Transportable Solutions was able to offer a multi-use layout option to align with clients expectations.


Solutions:

The large open floor plan allows for multiple layouts to suit clients ever changing requirements. The modular solution provides the client with the option to relocate or expand for future requirements. Collaborating with local sub-contractors ensured the project was delivered on time and on budget.
